Wesley Chapel Fire Station 31 is a fully equipped fire station and EMS station. Located about 30 miles south of uptown Charlotte, the town of Wesley Chapel is one of the fastest-growing areas in North Carolina.
The fire station is sited at the edge of a rolling pasture and abuts a new neighborhood. At the back of the station is a large training room that doubles as a community room. Daytime spaces such as offices, a large kitchen, dayroom, and dining room, are located on the ground floor. The private nighttime spaces of the dormitory, bedrooms, and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The trucks can be quickly accessed by a slide pole from the balcony.
